A documentary looking at the failed repeat sex offender laws in Florida. The film originally ran with the Sun Sentinel's 8-month-long investigation written by Sally Kestin. It was featured in the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival in November of 2013 and aired on WPLG in April 2014.

When Richard became terminally ill their love did not provide the legal protection a marriage could have.
